• FAA Part 107 — Remote Pilot Certificate. Certified remote pilots on staff for commercial drone operations.
• FAA Part 137 — Agricultural Aircraft Operator Certificate. With Section 44807 exemption (docket FAA-2024-2360), authorizing aerial dispensing of crop and vegetation products — including herbicides for weed management.
• Registered aircraft. DJI Agras T50 (application) and DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral (survey), registered with the FAA.
• Utah — Commercial Pesticide Applicator & Business License. Commercial applicator (Paul Roethel, #4001-30972) and pesticide-application business (AgriFlyt LLC, #4000-3133), current through Dec 31, 2027.
• Colorado — licensing in progress (2026). A Colorado Qualified Supervisor is on our team, with our commercial applicator license being established now. We do not operate for hire in Colorado until licensing is complete.
• Vendor-qualification ready. We maintain the documentation oil & gas operators require and will register in your contractor-management system — ISN (ISNetworld), Avetta, Veriforce, or PEC — as your contract requires.
• Insurance. Current aviation and liability coverage in force; certificate available on request.
• Licensed manned-aircraft pilot. Founder holds a manned pilot certificate and an aviation degree.
• Deliverables & reporting. As-applied coverage maps, application and chemical-use records, EPA-label-compliant documentation, and required FAA reporting — delivered after every job.
• Safety & operations. Documented safety, risk, and operational procedures; active drift management (speed, swath, height, droplet size) with safe separation from wellheads and process zones; on-site mixing; LiDAR/radar obstacle avoidance; and readiness to complete site-specific safety orientations.
